Lyle D. Hosler, Project Manager In 2005, EDC and EDC Finance Corporation welcomed Lyle Hosler as Project Manager. In this position, Lyle facilitates a variety of finance and loan packaging efforts for business and agricultural enterprises throughout the county. Before joining EDC, Lyle held finance positions at Fidelity Investments and Fulton Bank. A graduate of Susquehanna University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Lyle completed his graduate studies with an M.B.A from Penn State University. |

Jean K. Rehrig, Portfolio Manager Prior to joining EDC, Jean attended Millersville University and was employed in the personnel field. She is an active member of the Lancaster-York County Council of the American Business Women's Association. |

Annette E. Bart, Manager, Communications & Special Projects Annette Bart joined the Economic Development Company of Lancaster County (EDC) in 2001 and currently holds the position of Communications and Special Projects Manager. At EDC, Annette is involved with the grant proposal writing, marketing and web site management efforts. Prior to joining EDC, Annette was employed in the education and management consulting fields where she specialized in systems analysis, systems redesign and training. Annette holds a B.S. degree from Edinboro University of PA and an M.F.A. degree from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. |

Tara L. Claudio, Manager, Business Retention & Expansion Program (BREP) Tara Claudio joined the Economic Development Company of Lancaster County (EDC) in 2008 and currently serves as the Business Retention and Expansion Program (BREP) Manager. In this capacity, Tara administers the state's Business Retention and Expansion Program while working in conjunction with the Lancaster County Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Real Estate Council regarding business attraction. A Lancaster native, Tara had worked in the food industry for several years. She recently earned a B.A. degree in Spanish with a Minor in Communications from Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. |

Janet L. Foster, Administrative Assistant Janet comes to EDC following several years in healthcare management. She is a graduate of Thompson Institute of Technology and holds a Healthcare Management Certificate from Penn State University. |
