Bankers' Update: Funding Programs to Help Package Finance Projects; EDC Finance Corporation Announces April 17th Event
On April 17th, EDC Finance Corporation will hold a breakfast information session at Willow Valley Resort & Conference Center to provide an update on changes and availability of economic development funding tools that can help Lancaster County businesses make projects happen during this difficult time in our nation's economy.
Individuals in the Lancaster County banking community, especially commercial lenders, are invited to attend the 7:30 a.m. breakfast that will conclude by 9:00 a.m. Speakers will include:
- David Nikoloff, EDC President
- John Biemiller, EDC Vice President
- Lyle Hosler, EDC Project Manager
- Kevin Pyle, Director for Economic Development, PA Dept. of Banking
Information regarding utilization of active economic development loan programs, reduced interest rates, fee eliminations, and project structuring examples will be shared. Particular attention will be given to changes in the SBA 504 program that have already been implemented and those future changes that are still being prepared.
